2. Product Quality & Specifications

Skone Enterprises is committed to providing premium quality grains (such as Fox Nut/Makhana, Maize, Wheat, Paddy, Rice, Bajara, DDGS, and Gluten). While we carry out rigorous quality controls, agricultural products are subject to natural variations. Specifications, moisture content, grade, and quality standards for orders will be documented and mutually agreed upon prior to dispatch.

3. Pricing & Payments

Prices for agricultural commodities are subject to market fluctuations. Verified pricing quotes are sent to clients explicitly and are valid only for the duration specified in the quote.

• Payments must be made to the official bank accounts of Skone Enterprises listed on our verified Profile page.
• Payment terms (advance payments, credit limits, etc.) must be strictly adhered to as per the contract or invoice conditions.
• Goods will be dispatched or delivered only after the receipt of payments as agreed in the transaction terms.

4. Shipping, Logistics & Delivery

We provide agricultural supply across India and global export/import services.

• Delivery Dates: Scheduled delivery timelines are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by logistics partners, weather conditions, border clearances, or other force majeure events.
• Risk of Loss: Unless otherwise specified in the commercial invoice terms (such as FOB, CIF, or Ex-Works), the risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the buyer upon handover to the carrier/transport service.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Skone Enterprises and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on this Website. All intellectual property rights are reserved.
